This website serves solely to provide information about the Shopify app PriceCalc Pro. It sets no cookies, uses no tracking, no analytics tools and no advertising networks. There are no contact forms and no user accounts. Contact is made by e-mail.

3. Hosting (GitHub Pages)

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), a subsidiary of Microsoft Corporation. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (so-called server log files), including:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• the file / URL requested and the amount of data transferred
• referrer URL and information about browser and operating system

This processing is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). The fonts used on this website are served locally from this server (self-hosting) and are not loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts. Accessing the website therefore involves no connection to Google servers and no transfer of your IP address to third parties for the purpose of loading fonts.

Buttons such as “Install on Shopify” link to the Shopify App Store or the Shopify Admin. When you click them you leave this website; the privacy terms of Shopify Inc. apply (shopify.com/legal/privacy).

6. Retention

Server log files are stored by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted, unless they are needed to investigate security incidents. The controller itself does not store any personal data via this website.
